- A functioning opt-out mechanism
3. Prohibited Actions
The following actions are strictly prohibited when using ClearVerify services:
- Purchasing or renting third-party contact lists
- Sending deceptive or misleading messages
- Sending bulk messages to generic or role-based addresses
- Harvesting contact information through automation or scraping
- Using false or misleading sender information
- Continuing to send messages to recipients who have opted out

ClearVerify and its users must comply with all applicable anti-spam and communication laws, including:
- CAN-SPAM Act (United States)
- Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
- General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
- Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL)
5. Consequences of Violation
Violations of this Anti-Spam Policy may result in the following actions:
- Immediate suspension or termination of your account
- Legal action to recover damages and costs
- Reporting to relevant authorities
- Cooperation with law enforcement investigations
6. Reporting Spam
If you believe you have received spam through ClearVerify services, please report it to support@clearverify.org with the subject line "Spam Report." Please include the following information:
- Full message headers
- Message content
- Date and time received
